It was a beautiful room, convenient to Bryce Canyon. Everything was clean, new and modern. The owner was very accommodating of our delayed arrival. Highly recommend.
Cute place. Lynda was very helpful. We got the handicap accessible room which made for a smaller bedroom area. However it was a very clean room with great towels. Star gazing was amazing as you are away from lighted areas
This place is perfect in every sense of the way. I’ve stayed in 5 star resorts and this places surpasses them all.
Clean room
Thoughtful amenities and snacks
Excellent views
Tucked in a quiet neighborhood
Very comfortable bed and ample pillows
Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and quality selection of coffee
The room has excellent flow to it.
I couldn’t believe the great deal I got for the room considering everything else around was at least 2 to 3 times more.
I will definitely return and recommend it to all my friends and family.
We loved our stay here. Very quiet with lots of beautiful scenery. They were upgraded and the owner Lynda is wonderful and very helpful. Please consider staying here when visiting Bryce Canyon.
Nice clean well maintained place. The town of Tropic is pretty must not great but eat at Rustlers Restaurant . A great place to stay and eat.
If you are an alternative rock fan, Wanda from 4 Non Blondes is buried there.
Absolutely wonderful stay. It was clean, quiet, and private. Bed was so comfy. Perfect after hiking in Bryce National Park-only a 10-15 minute drive away. The property had amazing hummingbird feeders, surrounded by hummingbirds, which was a special touch. The night stars were beautiful at this location.
BUT What truly made our visit exceptional was the customer service from Lynda. She was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for hiking and exploring the area. We even accidentally left a hat behind and didn't realize until we were almost two hours away. Lynn found it and offered to drive to return it!! She mailed it to us (She possibly even cleaned it as well) with yummy candies from Bryce Canyon. Wow..we were so touched! You don't get that level of personal care everywhere. We loved our stay and would happily return. Five stars.
Loved this quaint room with mountain views, deer and hummingbirds outside the door. Great communication with host Lynda. Would stay again for sure. Different from mainstream hotels. Didn’t disappoint! Room and bathroom was clean.
Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Felt like home. Relaxed, laid back atmosphere with a comfy bed, comfy chairs, and plenty of space to lounge around after hiking Bryce. The owner also left some free granola bars and candy. Great place to stay if you're doing Bryce.
The room was new and bathroom with shower was nice. WiFi was good. There were a few restaurants nearby that were good. Close to Bryce Canyon which is why we were there. We spent most of the day at the park. My complaints are similar to others I have seen. Information on checking is confusing. Mine said to contact them at least 24 hours before and a link would be provided. when I did she confused me with some one else and finally said I just had to show up on time and told me what to do. The description of property said that there was daily house keeping. We were there three nights and returned our second night to find nothing had been touched. When contacted I was told I had to contact them every day if I wanted fresh towels. I got towels but they never straightened the bed or took out the trash. When we checked out the small waste baskets were full. The bed was also uncomfortable as the fitted sheet didn’t fit and stay in place. The A/c was also the heater and the vents on top were broken and I had to use a chair to block the air from hitting us in bed. This was for the sunset room.
What a lovely little place to stay when we visited Bryce National Park. The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a couple of lovely little touches. The host was friendly and approachable and quick to come back to us on our check in inquiry.
This was a real surprise to us. In a good way. The motel is freshly renovated and located off the main drag so it's very quiet. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spotless. It only has 5 rooms so it's very private. A budget option in the area that's hard to find. My wife and I highly recommend.
