"Amy W. was extremely helpful and delightful during our check in. I made a mistake in booking dates and Amy W. was able to change the booked dates for us so we could get the last room available on the actual date that we showed up. Amy W. made our stay possible and even though I made an error, she was able to rectify my mistake and make our stay possible. The Great Wolf Lodge is fortunate to have an employee like Amy W., because she provided us with outstanding customer service and made our stay possible. Thank you Amy w.!!!"

"The location is the best if you are attending a concert or event in Arlington. You walked out of our hotel into the venue. Such a great experience and you avoid parking, traffic and all the crowds that come with large venues. The beds are so comfortable and room service is 24/7."

"Location was excellent to our concert at Globe Life Field. Only a 20 min. walk. Property felt super safe and the room was clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that I was charged $1 a week after our stay by the hotel with no explination. While it is only $1, I feel that If someone is doing this for every guest, then someone is making some $$$ as a side scam. "

"We had an overnight layover with a late arrival - this hotel was conveniently located near the airport and has an airport shuttle. Overall the hotel has nice aesthetics and a decent breakfast offering. We arrived too late for the onsite bar, but the friendly front desk staff were still able to sell us drinks. The only real complaint I have is that the bedsheets were a terrible quality - it felt like we were sleeping between 2 of those cheap plastic party tablecloths. It was very uncomfortable so we did not get the best sleep. Otherwise it was a decent hotel for the price and location. Quiet and clean. "
