"This was a great hotel for what we needed, somewhere in a great location that was safe and comfortable to sleep in. The two staff members on the evening shift were so lovely, a real benefit to the hotel and couldn’t do enough to help during the stay. The rooms are small but functional, our room had its own bathroom but the communal ones were perfectly clean so I wouldn’t let that stop you. "The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay."

"We absolutely loved this place, such a big apartment much bigger than we were expecting. Really conveniently located and so close to everything we needed. Staff were great helping us with our bags and taxis. Only thing I would feedback is given how much room we had the bathrooms were very small. The smallest double also could do with black put curtain rather than a blind as there was a street light outside. We loved Tromsø and would defo return here if we come back. "
