Clean, staff friendly, although not around when I checked out so just left the keys on the desk (I hope that was ok?), but were there when I checked in, thank goodness, Bimbi carried my bags up the many stairs (although there was a lift if needed). "We had a wonderful overnight stay in Foggia at the Palazzo Sant’Elena! I found it on Expedia and the reviews were positive. Since my name is Elena I regarded it as a “sign” that we were meant to stay there. We were greeted with smiles and warmth from the moment we walked in the door. All the front desk staff were informative and accommodating. They even recommended restaurants nearby. Our room was lovely and modern. Plenty of hot water and towels. The manager was kind enough to allow me to purchase hand towels bearing the name of the hotel. My favorite souvenir! The next morning we had a full breakfast included in our hotel fee. I expected continental but it was a full breakfast. Pastries and fruit were fresh and eggs, bacon etc, delish. We loved Foggia and would not hesitate to return to this sweet town and the Hotel Sant’Elena."
