Spa was excellent.my two small issues are : there is a nice path behind the hotel and u can walk to Triveni ghat and actually all over Rishikesh avoiding the terrible traffic but hotel staff didn’t tel us and I only going it on my last day . "It is a beautiful place to stay in Rishikesh. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the Ram Jhula bridge. The staff is excellent—very helpful and responsive. The rooms are spacious and clean. I 100% recommend this place."

"I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...
