"The location was fantastic, a very walkable area to stay in Santa Monica, lots of shops close by. The pool was closed due to maintenance/construction taking longer than planned, but we got vouchers to use the pool at the Shore each day. The pool at the Shore was beautiful, and only a short walk from the Pierside, and not very busy. The Pierside hotel itself was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! We stayed with our infant and really enjoyed it."

"Every single staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. You can tell they are a tight team. Room was comfortable and we especially appreciated having a small couch. Gym was great. The hotel is very close to the pier and beach access and walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Plus Target and Trader Joe’s right down the street. Very enjoyable stay."

"WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! This place is so charming! Just a short drive to anywhere in the area. There is little parking and the spaces are even smaller, but we had no issue getting a spot every night we came back. The rooms are small but the AC is AMAZING!!! The bathroom is small but does the trick. The only complaint I would have is the bathroom door needs to be cleaned of dirty hand prints. A magic eraser would work just fine, but that is probably the Mom in me. They had ear plugs in the room to use, however we did not use them, for we were away from the street but you can hear the people walking down the hall cause the window is right there.Speaking of the window, there are no black out curtains which means the light does come in. Over all though it was very quite!! Other than that my son and I felt very safe and we're talking about when our next stay is going to be. Thank you the Cameron for saving us a room up stairs....see you soon...."
