"The room was very clean and comfortable and a lot of care had been taken over the details and making sure guests had everything they needed. A lot of thought had definitely been given to making sure guests were comfortable and taken care of. The bathroom was very modern, attractive and the shower was amazing. And the Italian style breakfast at a nearby café was perfect. Lello the owner was very welcoming and thoughtful. Highly recommend. "

"Absolutely lovely hotel in a stunningly restored Renaissance palazzo. We booked for one night and ended up staying three nights. Spotless clean, excellent service, and tasteful rooms in a scenic little town with few tourists. Ideal for day trips to Asti, Alba, Fossano, Cuneo, and other culturally relevant sites in the Piemonte. We fell in love with Mondovi, its excellent restaurants, and the calm genius loci. Barbara and Massimo, the owners, gave us a tour of the palazzo and the neighborhood....

"Well kept and clean rooms. We had a relaxing time in the hot tubs and sauna during the evening, and the breakfast had everything we needed. All while enjoying the stunning views. The owners were welcoming and we felt at ease the whole stay. We got good recommendations for dinner places and local sights. Would definitely book again and recommend!"

"Very nice lady operating it, and place is cool, but unfortunately whole experience was destroyed by nobody on site at arrival, could not reach through phone written next to door for 15 minutes, the phone number in confirmation email was wrong, someone else answered. One I reached someone they said “one minute” but still took 15 to arrive. I got late for a dinner reservation due to this. Once my money is taken I would expect a key ready on arrival, at least at 6pm in the evening, otherwise it is...
