The hotel has a very nice and well maintained structure, and they offered an upgrade of the romm, with a bigger bed. The breakfast was served in the courtyard with a good variety. The staff is very helpful and organized a city tour within the same day of our arrival. The only downside for me was the mattress, which was too soft for my liking.

A lovely place to stay. The staff looked after me fabulously, coming to check i was OK and using my name. Breakfast was in a beautiful courtyard with gorgeous flowers. The whole hotel was full of amazing antique furniture. You can walk into the main square around the corner in 5 minutes. I loved staying here

Beautiful casa on a main Street close to Restuarants and tour companies. Immaculate casa with very kind and helpful staff. The garden and rooms are lovely. Air conditioning, fans, fridge, bathroom with shower and good amenities. Breakfast offered each morning, eggs, pancakes, fruits, great coffee, fruit juices. Exchanged euros and pounds for pesos at a good rate (much better than banks) Helped us arrange taxis and catamaran tours.

Amazing stay, highly recommend!

Our stay at Hotel Trinidad was one of the best we had in Cuba. Christian was an amazing host and the service from all the staff was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, and he arranged some memorable trips. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers and if we ever come back to Trinidad then this will be top of our list.

I have a great time at Lola hotel, the bedroom was spacious with very comfortable beds and hot shower. They served us continental breakfast with eggs, bread, pancakes, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere with plenty of trees and the location is perfect, very near to a travel agency, taxis and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

A great place to stay in Trinidad!

It is a very nice cosy hotel in Trinidad’s historical center. Its colonial architecture is very welcoming with a great lobby area and all the rooms located around a green yard. They serve a tasty home-made breakfast every morning with fruits, eggs, bread, butter etc. All the people working at Lola are really friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated Christian who managed to get the best table in town for New Year Eve.

Beautiful hotel located in a convenient area of town. Very clean and spacious rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Service was incredible - host booked all tours for us which made it so easy to travel around and see the sights. We wanted to extend our stay for an additional night and our host allowed us to pay in cash without any hassle and made it easy for us to book an extra night. Excellent!

Happy stay at Lola Trinidad Boutique Hotel

Beautiful old house and well maintained. My room was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed, including air con and a fan. They have their own generator which kicks in immediately when there is a power cut, as is often the case in Cuba. Very nice breakfast. Christian speaks excellent English and is always happy to help with any enquiry about what to visit, where to eat and so on. He helped arrange a shared taxi for me when I left, which was greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work, Christian!

Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise and no privacy so recommend any of the other rooms would be preferable, but apart from that I highly recommend this lovely Hotel. The owner also owns two restaurants in town, which give you a free drink every time you go. Its absolutely lovely, go there!

Amazing experience

It was a unique experience; it felt like traveling back in time. Everything in the room was wonderful—clean, with soft mattresses and a very nice breakfast. The host was exceptional and helped with anything we needed. I highly recommend it without hesitation or second thought.

The service was exceptional. Christian is the epitome of professionalism. He helped us book a walking tour as well as organized a taxi at a reasonable price to Varadero. Breakfast was the best I've had in Cuba. The crepes were delicious. The rooms were comfortable and quaint.
