"A very nice and, most importantly, clean place. The rooms are a bit small but sufficient for a family of 2+2 teenagers to stay for a week and have a great time. "There were three rooms sharing 2 bathrooms in our unit. We were lucky to be the only family there therefore we didn’t need to share bathroom with strangers. Other than that we like everything. Very clean and tidy inside and outside."

"10 mins, # 14 tram, ride from main train station (get off at Elektra stop about 7 or stops from station) and then a 2 mins walk to hotel. Check in was easy although early, we just ended up having lunch in the lobby restaurant (great food) until room ready. Rooms were clean, although you could not adjust the temp and we found the rooms warm, especially when sleeping. Windows opened, but no screens. Breakfast was amazing and so good! Staff are very friendly and English was spoken by most. (This is a very quiet area we found when we went out walking). Overall, would definitely book again!"

"We stayed at Aries Hotel & SPA Szczyrk in July with our family and had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the service was excellent and the staff were always friendly and professional. We loved the breakfast and really enjoyed the spa area – the pool, whirlpools and saunas were top-notch. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the cauliflower steak was absolutely delicious! We would love to come back and highly recommend this hotel."

"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "
