"Shower was hot but tub was so slippery it was hard to stand. Broken fitness equipment was dangerous to use. Hot breakfast but the coffee machine was broken. Direct tv service but the tv was plugged into the desk lamp, not the wall outlet. We regret staying there."

"The first room I was in the floors were gross, i felt like I needed shoes on just to walk around. The toilet seat was very obviously not cleaned. Counters were dirty. They did move me to another room with no issues. That room was better but the walls were still dirty, floors were better but not great. The microwave barely worked. The beds made me feel itchy but that could’ve been because I was already grossed out.
They staff was very kind but they would not give me a straight answer about when...
