"Absolutely one of the most memorable trips I’ve had (and I have done hundreds!). Hyatt Centric just ticked off everything for me. The staff were all incredible, helpful, always smiling and attentive. The room had a lot of space, bed was comfortable, AC was spot on, all the amenities were great! They even did a surprise in the room, thank you staff for being sweet. 🥰 I am already looking forward to going back and have already told all my friends to book this place. "Great hotel and setting is amazing but attention to details with guest services needs work , we had 2 rooms , one of the rooms air con wasn’t working properly and smelt bad I raised this twice with them but nothing was done , also on the day of check out we received a letter under our door welcoming us to the hotel and mentioning that we can claim a free bottle of house wine during our stay , but only receiving this letter on the morning of check out meant we couldn’t use the offer , I asked to...

"Perfect place to stay for a few nights to explore Malta. Very clean and good location. I'd recommend this especially for couple. However, we were at the top floor right below the pool area and you get woken up with the sound of moving chairs and pool beds very early in the morning which is why I didn't rate it full stars. Don't get the floor below the pool if you're a light sleeper."

"Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open. Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but...

"Good place to stay for a few days, staff is friendly, communication was difficult through email, expedia platform before check in, afterwards just fine. The room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom only have a high tub without shower hea, so was a bit uncomfortable to shower but not big deal if you are use to travel abroad. Breakfast wasn't included but we tried it. It was good for the $12 Euro charge."
