"This is a large hotel but when we arrived there was no sign of life. Eventually, we found a guy cutting the grass who phoned his boss and managed to get the key. The restaurant was closed too so we had to go elsewhere to find a meal which could have been tricky in this rather remote location. However we did find a restaurant only about 15 minutes away. "The lady who checked us in would not let us use the elevator. Another lady came up to us as we started the stairs and said use the elevator. The check in clerk, older white lady, said no elevator. The other lady looked at her with shock when the clerk told her in German we are not to use the elevator. I have a hip,knee and shoulder replacement. This was a struggle and not nice of her. We found and used the elevator from then on The people in the morning on our check out were wonderful "

There was also a complimentary bottle of water. The room was comfortable, and there was a tower fan that was nice as I stayed in the summer. The breakfast seemed to be designed with health consciousness in mind. In particular, there was a good selection of cold cuts and cheese. "
