"A great little find. This is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Our first night was after an overseas flight. We were exhausted and slept 14hours without realizing it. There was no sound from any other guests, outside, or from the hallway. Loved it. Super clean and the a/c worked well. The shower was small but easy to overlook because everything else exceeded our expectations."

"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental .
Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"I think this place is pretty new. The pros are, rooms were clean, pillows were comfortable, shower was spacious, AC worked well, location was great. The cons were there was no toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival, a bottle of hand soap not in the bathroom was the only toiletry, the staff took a while to arrive at the check in counter during check in time, you could hear everything from basically every point in this building (i’m talking children screaming, people at the check in counter...

"First off, the owners are extremely charming and personable, and go to great lengths to accommodate guests. They were very generous with breakfast and scheduling around guests, and the room was clean, beautifully rustic that made me feel at home, and the property is stunning in the Veneto Countryside. No doubt I will be staying here again every time I come back!"

"The hotel was beautiful, very quaint. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our toilet, in the early morning, had major issues! The poor guy at the desk! They had it all fixed when we came back from an outing. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Clean room, water view, breakfast definitely had the best orange juice (i had like 3 or 4 glasses one morning). The staff was really nice, and the hotel has a restaurant to eat dinner at after you spend the day in the city. Oh and the pillows and bedding were so amazing! Best sleep of my trip by far. Highly reccomend. Will be coming again!"
"The view from our balcony on the grand Canal in Venice was amazing, looking to the right you saw the Rialto Bridge, across the canal, beautiful hotels, and to the left a stunning view of the canal.
The staff was wonderful, very helpful with any need we had.
Our room, a junior suite, was beautiful and extremely clean."
"Loved the authentic Italian feel and renovated villas. Felt very immersed in the culture. The pool was beautiful and relaxing after a very busy few weeks of travelling. Would have liked onsite dining availability however we did wander down the street and found a wonderful pizzeria for lunch."
"We took a private water taxi from the airport to the hotel and it was so easy and quick + fun experience. We cannot say enough great things about this property location (location, location location!). That being said, upon arrival, we were early (jet lagged and tired). They accommodated our luggage to hold until the room was ready. We were in desperate need of drinks- we received a free drink and there were lots of choices (thank you!) the lobby area was amazing, we could rest and hang out and there was a bathroom. We went out exploring and our room was ready and they took our luggage up the 4th floor (again thank you assisting after a long travel). I will say the girl working the day of our arrival spent lots of time with us- very friendly and helpful. Our adult daughter was tired and she assured us that she would be fine staying in the lobby until the room was ready.
The building is next to a church and we could hear the bells ring and we had several windows with charming views. The area was quiet and restful. It was close to everything! We would stay here again."
