"Don't even know where to start. This hotel was the highlight of a larger trip through Europe. The combination of old and new architecture is amazing. The spa is wondeful. Highlight was out bar tender though. Giuseppe made the best drinks ever. This place is top notch. Location is amazing, everything in walking distance. Staff is super helpful and friendly, goes the extra mile. This one really deserves the 'Grand' in their name."

"Bellissimo albergo, curato e con personale molto gentile e disponibile (soprattutto il direttore) che ci ha consigliato anche sulle varie attività da fare. Centro benessere molto attrezzato. Ottima colazione; non avevamo trattamento mezza pensione, quindi non posso esprimermi in merito."

"Hotel team amazing - professional, friendly, helpful, kind. Food was fantastic - creative, traditional, high quality. Location was a 10-15 min walk to main ski lifts, or there's a hotel shuttle. Our room was smaller but you can choose. I'd come back!"
