"Apartments were very clean, quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Had some issues with the WiFi, which they tried to fix, but it only worked well in certain rooms within the apartment. Otherwise, a great experience. "

"Overall is okay, clean room, easy to communicate with the owner. Except the security guard at the front desk is very mean, so rude, lazy, not willing to help. The front desk officer are mean and lazy too. They don't want to help. I checked out at 12 noon, I need to stay in the waiting room at the lobby until 1 pm to wait for the car to pick up. But the security guard didn't open the door for me to get in. I also ask the front desk officer for the room access but they are rude. They didn't care. "

"Very cool property, with a large fish tank on the bottom floor. Very clean. The room had a big function kitchen and cooking supplies, plus a super-comfortable memory-foam mattress. Downstairs they provide free purified water. One problem is that the room is so small and tightly furnished, there is no place to open a suitcase. No suitcase rack. he hot-water heater goes warm after a minute or two. The location is good, on a quiet side street. You can walk to a small Family Market. They should also...

"Apartment was fabulous and well maintained .. a few things could have been better managed :- - Exact building and unit number should have been provided before check-in - Host could have installed drinking water filter - Host could have kept some plates, salt, pepper, napkins etc."

"We we forced to change apartments on our second nite stay which was worse apartment. It was not furnished like the apartment in advertised pictures, no tv, no microwave, no toiletries, etc. Basically a cut price version of the apartment advertised. I believe they had overbooked as we contacted before the stay to cancel which we refused to do and so were shifted to this below standard unit. "
