"Good hotel and location was central to most everything. My only real complaint was finding hair on the bed, we explained this to the front desk but they said they didn’t have anyone who could clean it up. So we just took care of it ourselves. No compensation offered or apologies. Just a simply “we have no one who can clean it up”. Typical understaffed operation these days. The free breakfast in the morning was great!"

"Great stay! Arrived quite late but keys left for us and got into our room easily. Soft and clean sheets on a very comfortable king bed! Less than 5 min walk to a great bakery for breakfast. Quick in and out but exactly what we needed."

"Room was clean and cozy, nice little balcony, ask for rooms 4-7. Good mexican food place across the street. You can back your car right up to your door, so packing is a breeze. No pool, convenient to food and freewsy and downtown. Couer d’Alene is beautiful."
