"Breakfast was good "

"Spark is one of those hotels that you could drive by it and not know it is a hotel. That isn't a bad thing! The rooms are perfect with a very new look to them. The beds were extra firm which was a surprise! The layout of the hotel internally is a bit to get used to. I didn't like that there were stairs needed for a lot of the accommodations (getting breakfast, getting to the room from the back parking lot, etc) The shower was low pressure, but we never had any problems getting nice hot water! We declined room service for the stay (5 nights) and generally all was good. During check-in, I was told I could put dirty towels outside the room and I would be given clean towels in a bag. Unfortunately after putting dirty towels out and those taken, we never got replacements until later in the late afternoon I went and got some. My biggest complaint would be the lack of any hot food for breakfast. Not even the classic waffle maker which I thought is a staple for any hotel serving breakfast. Parking was OK to good. Nice lighted area. Back parking lot was much easier to get into/out of. Location of hotel was good. Lots of great stores in the area!"

"Was given a handicap room that I did not ask for. The bathroom had a very strong smell of urine and the electric window shades were very dirty and did no work. Called front desk and she gave us a different room. She was very apologetic. Other than that the rest of our stay was great."

"Room was clean and staff was very friendly. We stayed as a family for an overnight. Only thing that I didn't like was the bed. To hard for me. Breakfast was decent just don't drink the orange juice! "

"The shower was leaking and had mold on the curtains. The doors were exterior like a motel not a hotel. the beds and rooms were decently clean. just woke up and left, didn't take a shower or eat breakfast. just wanted to get out of there asap."
