"Clean room"

"Room was extremely clean and comfortable, we had a great stay overall. Seems like only one room service is available per stay, as we only had our rooms cleaned once upon request. When we requested again, it wasn't completed. But for an inn, I expected for that to happen. Rooms do need to be updated a bit, but overall it was barely 15 mins walk to Disneyland parks and I would stay here again just for the location and room cleanliness. "

"Our family really enjoyed HOJO. We came in earlier than the check in time but they were able to check us in which was really nice. They have a waterpark, pool and hot tub which we did on our free days. The hotel is a bit far from Disney but it was just across the street from Marriott Courtyard. There is also a market place/gift shop next to the reception area. Although the hotel is older but you can tell that it is very well maintained and was very clean. We were assigned at bldg 2 where they have the newly renovated rooms. We have large room with a microwave and a fridge. The staff were also very accommodating and they are also quick to respond to our requests. We definitely recommend this hotel esp if you have smaller children. "

"We stayed for a week - the room was big and spotless with a comfy bed and a nice little balcony for morning coffee. Staff was always friendly and attentive and the food was great. "
