"Our group of 4 adults had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and the other public onsens. There is a shuttle that you can take to visit the other onsens (free). The hotel’s onsite onsen was very nice as well..lots of amenities like shampoo and facial cleansers and creams to wash up before and after the onsen use. While the hotel is a little dated, the excellent service, comfy futons, and delicious Japanese style breakfasts and dinners make up for it....

"One of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended! Everything was thoughtfully done and well maintained. The onsite onsen was beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor bathing areas. The traditional Japanese dinners and breakfasts were wonderful experiences, served in a private dining room and featuring multiple courses, including crab. The rooms were spotless, and the central garden created a tranquil focal point that could be enjoyed from the lobby lounge area and seen from our traditional...

"The room was spacious but placement of putting the luggage’s was difficult because of the design of the room. Staff was nice enough to send a message that I had left my phone charger and was kind enough to send it to my next hotel in Osaka, of course with a small fee. The onsen in the hotel was nice that I could use it for myself for 45 min. The pass from the hotel allowed us to use other nearby onsens as well."

"Ryokan with half board. Very attentive and helpful staff. Homely and comfortable room. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Had passes to the public onsens which was a bonus. Located centrally short walk from the station and onsens. Very relaxing visit."
