"Wifi did not work and this is not acceptable. Seems a typhoon came through a few weeks ago and broke the server. Everywhere else on the island seemed fine. If there is a wifi problem it needs to be clearly stated when booking. I would have gone elsewhere because cannot unfortunately be disconnected for three days. "Communication and location both great, as were the Sails facilities. Our only concern was the size and layout of some aspects of the two bedroom villa / eg the powder room. Very small. And not being able to use the spa jets in the bathroom, but that’s likely a short term issue. Very good location and a nice pool. "

"Staff and Foyer and Welcome was great however I was placed in a room that was under renovation and the bathroom was disgraceful. The bath was marked, tiles broken, mould growing, thick tape still left on the tiles where the soap dispensers were originally placed. A hand cream dispenser which was marked “out of order”. Air conditioner had to be “left on” 24/7 for some reason. Wasn’t really worth $180 a night. Apparently rooms are in the process of being renovated?!? Not sure it’s true or I was...
