"At check-in, staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean --however we did find a piece of gum stuck to the curtains that was not removed (which was pretty gross!) We were a bit disappointed in the pool area. It was really hot in the room, the chlorine was very strong and overall it seemed very outdated and dingey in there --with kind of a funky musty smell. Also, there was no hot tub as listed just a small kiddy pool area. I used the fitness room and it was clean and had everything I needed. I was a bit disappointed there was no water cooler or TVs but I had my own water bottle and music. The reason I chose to write this review is because the night we stayed here there was a huge thunderstorm. Our room sounded like rain was pouring into it. It was so loud that my husband and I got up several times to make sure it wasn't dripping/pouring into the room. It seemed like a major design flaw because every 30 seconds it sounded like one of those giant buckets at a water park that fills up with water and then dumps. The rain would pool into something and then there was a giant rat-a-tat-tat on our window sill/window that was so loud it woke all of us up (family of 5). We do believe this was a unique experience and likely won't happen to most visitors. All we could do was laugh about it. It sounded like we were in the last hour of the move, The Perfect Storm. Overall, we would stay here in a pinch. It was ok for the price."

"Breakfast was ok...the basic make your own pancakes, powdered eggs, and average sausage. No Hot Tub and Small Rooms. It was very clean and nice and felt safe. Everyone was very nice that worked there. The hotel lobby was nice and had a pool table for guests to play and board games as well."

"I stayed in two different rooms one was 2 Queens and the other was King. Both rooms were clean. The Double Queens had a view of their Game room which was pretty. My favorite part of The Raddison was the restaurant Benvenutos, the food was great and a reasonable price."

"The pool was one of the best we have had! The water was warm and our grandkids loved the kiddie pool."
