"I’m not a critical person, however, the thread bare, mismatchedtowels in the bathroom have seen better days. In fact, I’ve discarded towels in much better condition. The mismatched, loose container of hand soap, body soap and conditioner was something you might say in a shelter versus a hotel. On the plus side, the sheets were clean, the beds were comfortable, and in general, the place looked clean. Charging a dollar for a small bag of ice in the office seemed a little odd. The lock on the door...
