"The Beach House Motel is clean and very well presented. It's in a great location - lovely cafes and restaurants neaby, a short walk to Coles, and across from The Strand with lovely walking paths. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would make this our stay of choice when travelling to town for medical appointments etc."

"This was our first time staying at the Waters Edge and it was great. We chose it because of the close proximity to the Strand , restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly. We got to check in early as our room was ready. The room was lovely and clean. It looked like the bathroom had just been renovated so that was nice. Plenty of space to spread out with suitcases. A kitchenette was also handy as we were staying for a few nights. Overall it was great. And we will definitely be back....

"Property was in good condition, staff member was really nice. Gym advertises a gym but found out upon arrival that they no longer have one. Room smelled a bit damp, but was spacious and comfortable for a 3 night stay."

"Stay was ok the apartment needs some attention carpet was stained, the walls had marks and dents in the kitchen area, the shower door requires some adjustment. The dining table was also in need of replacement. Apartment otherwise was comfortable enough and in a handy position to the city, restaurants close by were great would be an ideal location to stay and go to watch the Townsville Cowboys play a match easy walking distance."
