"Because of the contactless check in/out we never saw staff. Nice if you like that but it felt a little weird. Note - the pictures on the website are very heavily weighted towards the villas, so the single room suite with one tiny window felt like a different property than what I was expecting when we walked in. "

"The lodge was clean and comfortable and location great. The sack lunch style complimentary breakfast was weak. Pre wrapped muffin, bagel with cream cheese, and a small yogurt. Bagel was not fresh. No yogurt in my bag. I ask the front desk where the ice machine was. She told me the location where I discovered a note saying a new one had been ordered and gave the locations of where one could purchase ice. That was outrageous to me."

"Rooms were excellent, nice clean and newly remodeled. First issue was check in, when we arrived there was no staff at the hotel, so we were in the lobby with other guests waiting to call an individual in the Philippines who would give us the code to our room. There was only one customer service rep, so we all needed to wait our turn to call next. Why can’t codes just be emailed to guests before they arrive? The door lock is digital, which is fine except every day our door lock would fail to respond no matter trying everything for 10 minutes, which means we were locked out of our room. Luckily we were always locked out in the mornings when cleaning staff and someone in the lobby was on site, but if it failed after 7pm, we probably would have had to sleep in the car. Also parking spots were very tight even for our compact car. People angled their cars to be able to open the driver door to fit in/out of the car. "

"It's a beautiful hotel, however we were on the 1st floor and the noise from guests above us was LOUD. And it wasn't them per say, but the floor/ceiling must be thin because just walking around above us was incredibly loud. In addition, when the toilet flushed it was SUPER loud. Kinda gross to know when your neighbors are using the toilet 😲."

"You assigned a handicap room for us where the shower has a special floor because of that we couldn’t take shower for two days and we were so disappointed. When I complained to the hotel, they said because the room was assigned through Expedia."
