"The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room. The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. "Fantastic location right next to Gare de Tours. 15min walk to historic Vieux Tours. We had a lovely view of the train station which itself is beautiful to look at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were offered a free glass of wine during their happy hour (6-8pm). While our room was compact it had almost everything we needed. The only improvement would be a mini-fridge in the room. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked decent. Not sure if it is worth €18 compared to other...
