"This was a great little apartment situated in walking distance to Notre Dame and many other sights. There are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and shopping venues right around the corner and the Metro and taxis stand are on the corner. The shutters are electric and with a touch of a button, the unit can be darkened for ultimate sleep. The unit is small, but quiet, and had only our unit on the entire floor. The host was accommodating and very pleasant. We would stay here again. The coffee shop is across the street, a boulangerie is on the corner and a grocery store is on the block. We had a great time walking the city, eating in restaurants, and coming back to the apartment for restful sleep. The building is safe, clean, and conveniently located."

"Location couldn't be better, room is large, quiet (our room faced an internal garden) and well equiped. Lobby offers a generous 24 hours supply of complimentary hot drinks and water. Only drawback is the awful 70s decor of the room. If you can disregard it, it's a great hotel."

"Room was huge hotel is nice super comfortable beds and wonderful bedding. Shower is horrible. Did not love that breakfast or coffee is outside through a courtyard and down stairs- super inconvenient in rain, same for the “lobby” in a totally different building. We hated the area, have to been to paris several times and wanted to try a new area and regretted it the entire trip.Graffiti, homeless people trash on the streets and far from everything. 45 minute uber to 6th, eiffel tower. Hotel is great, area is terrible and because of the area we would not stay there again. "

"The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was always fresh and the attendant was so very nice. Best coffee and always hot! Wish I knew the manufacturer of the carafes. Never had coffee stay that hot for so long. Plenty of outlets in our room. We booked the only suite and it was well worth it. Didn’t see the other rooms but I think they are small. Hotel is in an excellent location. We walked just about everywhere. There are some wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. We particularly enjoyed Au Pied du Cohan, a short walk but food and service very good. Zimmer’s across the street was also good. The only con to the hotel is the bar across the street. It goes until 2 am. I use earplugs and they definitely are a must if your room is at the front of the hotel. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbors. Mostly adults so it wasn’t too bad. We would stay here again."
