Apartment has all the needs for a short or long stay! On-site laundry facilities. Easy check-in with helpful staff! Easy freeway access and great parking. Two grocery stores 1-2 blocks away. We will be using Residhome again for sure!

This apartment was great for what we needed. Simplicty, space and secure parking. It's not immediately obvious but there is a little supermarket and chemist very close by. We walked into the square (about 2km). The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great Place with Affordable Price!

Very nice and affordable place. Staff are friendly, lobby is big and room was good. The area is safe and busses are very close to take you to downtown (there was a bus every few minutes that takes less than 10 minutes to take you to the city center)

Nice place to stay for a short break, bed was comfy. The kitchenette is a good bonus. Only downside for us was our room overlooking the busy road. The staff were friendly. We didn't try the breakfast there however would highly recommend the Boulagerie which is a few minutes walk called Les Frères Chapelier for pastries and coffee if you want an authentic french experience.

Great stay and would really recommend. About a 30-40 minute walk into the city centre which is great to get in and out easily. Customer service fantastic, room spacious even for the studio and loved the atmosphere. Only issue I had was the sulphur smell coming from the bathroom tap- made cleaning my teeth and washing my face an unpleasant experience. Not sure if connected to the canal which is just close by but otherwise, would seriously recommend as was a great deal!

Highly Recommended

Would highly recommend this Residhotel. The apartment was extremely spacious, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 ring hot plate, microwave and plenty of plates, bowls, saucepans, cutlery etc. The hotel also provides use of a washing machine and tumble dryer for a small extra charge which we found very useful. The gym is great with decent equipment and air conditioning that works. There’s a supermarket just behind the hotel which is very handy and the old town is about 25 minutes walk. Parking is €12 per day, it’s secure, spacious and there are plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the motorway so easy to reach without having to drive through Toulouse. It’s surrounded by some busy roads so there’s a lot of traffic ( although it’s quiet at night) but this didn’t bother us at all. If we return to Toulouse we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

It’s a nice, clean apart-hotel, not too far from the city center. If you are in good health you can walk to the Japanese garden, to the Garonne, and to the city center. It’s a bit of a walk to the Midi metro, but it wasn’t a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the bed was comfortable.
