The hotel is in an excellent location, you can walk everywhere! Lovely, friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and special for a birthday weekend. We had a room with a kitchen which was handy and kitted out however missing cleaning things, cloth etc. Would recommend staying here!

We loved this hotel and will definitely be back! The pool was a highlight and so were the wonderful rooms! The air conditioning was a 10/10 as were the bathroom amenities. It is also so great that they have the city bikes just outside the hotel so it was super easy to see Toulouse that way!

Air conditioning not effective

Air conditioning did not work, I reported it and they did not fix it. The room was over 25 deg and we couldn’t sleep. The hotel is nice and the swimming pool area is good.

We enjoyed a delightful 4-day stay at Hotel Mercure Toulouse Centre Saint-Georges. Its prime location made it easy to explore Toulouse by foot, with most landmarks and restaurants just minutes away. Don't miss the breakfast buffet; it's worth every bite! A special thanks for accommodating our early check-in request; it made a big difference in our trip. Our room was nice and decently sized for two people, although I do wish the shower was larger and less slippery. The only disappointment was the unheated pool; it would have significantly enhanced our experience. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay overall. Also, don't forget to try the charming Argentinian empanadas place right next door called 'El Almacen.' You will not regret it!

Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping. With more walking you can get to the river front and most of the main areas. Markets and street traders a plenty.

Perfect location. Depending on where your room is (ours was next to a passageway below), we were on the 4th floor and the echo of people would resonate. The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. The duvets were a little too heavy and early for early October. I wish I had a lighter blanket. I prefer cooler than warm when I sleep.
