A very convenient location with a short transport link to the town center, room was nice and had evrerything we needed, only AC was struggling to keep room cool, when it was +40C outside. Staff was welcoming as friendly. A hidden gem - local park near observatory - perfect for a short walk and has a few playgrounds for kids

If using the metro, get the right exit.

We arrived by the Metro but didn't manage to choose the correct exit so a long hilly walk with luggage was not so good. You need to take the 'sortie' at the end of the platform up the stairs and turn right. This bring you out to the street right next to the hotel. We didn't have breakfast there of use use the pool. There was no coffee machine in the room, which I expect in France. Our room was a bit 'tired' but functional. We would stay there again.

Wouldn’t encourage you to book unless you are not very desperate or staying just for a night . It’s filthy , there was dust on all of the furnitures , I sorry from terrible hayfever and couldn’t cope with the dust in the room and the carpets def need deep cleaning. The whole building needs refurbishing.

froze to death. had to clean myself

the heater didn't really work. had 1 string and turned off in 5 mins. also cold air was blowing from a vent non stop. i was cold. also you are expected to be your own maid...clean the kitchen and take out trash. too expensive for all this trouble. if you do not clean you will get fined. i was not made aware of this before i booked. rule was on the wall

Room is clean but carpet is old and part of it smells Bathroom ventilation fan doesn't seem to work Furniture is falling a part, headrest of chair in room fell apart when I sat on it and I remember seeing something broken in lift on somewhere else Bed is comfy and location is good, only 3 stops by metro from Centre(CAPITOL) I had an incident where air conditioning stops working atnight, staff couldn't help find a room and I had to stay in heat till morning However staff communication skills and customer service was poor as she kept saying "there is nothing I can do for you" I and she didn't even bother to say sorry Next day another staff member, "said they are trying their best" I requested diwcou t on night without air conditioning, staff said no and when I said I am asthmatic and need air and would have not to continue my stay, she said you can leave in morning but this night is charged(note I have paid for full stay) Anyway staff is not great lacking communication skills and customer service skills, depending on whose duty it is May be stay if it a night or two, but definetly there are better place at same price in the city
