"Spectacular view, I had ocean and mountains. Large indoor pool and beautiful onsen. Lovely gardens and helpful staff. Good breakfast, Buffet and a decent steak for dinner. Itโ€™s a ways from Towne so unless you have a car, youโ€™re not gonna drive in for dinner, but there arenโ€™t many restaurants in the town anyway. Theyโ€™re good bikes so you can ride around the island. You can swim with turtles on the far Sandy Beach, about a half an hour away. The bus system is great if expensive. Donโ€™t miss the moss forest and the ancient trees. If you donโ€™t wanna go see the oldest one, because itโ€™s a gruelling 12 hour hike Iโ€™ll see the ones that are only 3500 years old. Itโ€™s a magical place a hotel itself is a bit 1970s teal and salmon but they give you cute clothes to wear around the hotel and the beds are good."
