Prenotato un soggiorno di pernottamento più colazione, possiamo confermare reale la possibilità di accedere alla spiaggetta privata con disponibilità (limitata) di lettini e ombrellone, buoni i servizi offerti (è possibile usufruire del minimarket del campeggio prima di accedere alla pineta e poi alla spiaggia). Non ci è piaciuta la differenza tra la struttura centrale (che corrisponde effettivamente a un quattro stelle) e le dependences che la circondano (dove abbiamo soggiornato)(livello tre stelle). Poca l'organizzazione nel gestire il servizio della colazione. Varia l'offerta a buffet (dolce/salato), ma bassa la qualità delle bevande proposte (da distributori).

Es war wieder sehr schön dort, allerdings fänden wir es gut, wenn wir wieder mit Halbpension, wie beim ersten Besuch dort, buchen könnten. Ansonsten sehr hundefreundliches und schönes Haus

Bell'Hotel, peccato sia orientato esclusivamente alla clientela tedesca. Un italiano non si trova assolutamente bene. Inoltre tengono in una gabbia inadeguata un esemplare di pappagallo che non riesce a volare ed è perennemente in mezzo alle correnti d'aria.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Unser Zimmer war wie immer sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Ablagen im Bad sind ausbaufähig. Das Frühstück ist okay aber wenig abwechslungsreich.

Waren nur auf der Durchreise

In dem Hotel waren wir nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg in die Toskana. Das Hotel war gemütlich eingerichtet. Kostenloses W-Lan war, zumindest in unserem Zimmer, nicht verfügbar. Parkplätze waren vor dem Hotel verfügbar. Ob die allerdings bei voller Auslastung ausreichen, bezweifle ich. Schade war, dass der Parkplatz von 23 Uhr bis 7 Uhr geschlossen war und man so die Anlage nur ohne Auto verlassen konnte. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht überragend. Kann aber daran liegen, dass wir Ende Oktober da waren und quasi Saison-Ende war.

Zentral am See

Wunderschöne Anlage, das Kloster-Ambiente kommt perfekt rüber. Das Doppelzimmer - zwar mit einem dritten Bett ausgestattet - war sehr großräumig. Mit Balkonblick auf den Pool und den See ein paar hundert Meter weiter. Die Lage des Ortes ist zentral, sodass man eine Stunde jeweils Fahrtzeit in Süden und Norden hat. Wohl bemerkt - Ende September! Der Ort selbst ist weniger aufregend.

Serviceteam überfordert

Schönes Hotel mit dem anerkannt langsamsten Lift, den ich je gesehen habe. ;-) Aber bei drei Etagen ist er zum Glück nicht erforderlich. Das Personal ist jedoch offenbar mit der Anzahl der Gäste überfordert. Drei bis vier Servicekräfte mehr würden einem "vier-Sterne-Haus" gut tun.

Unterbringung enttäuschend und keine 4 Sterne

Das vor Ort zugewiesene Zimmer war eine Riesenenttäuschung (z.B. Holz- trenntür zum Nachbarzimmmer...) und wies erhebliche Mängel auf. Von einer 4-Sterne-Wertung waren zumindest im Seitengebäude 1 bis 2 Sterne reines Wunschdenken. Es fehlte am Management und das Personal war mitunter gästemüde bis unwirsch. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (Ü/F) passte nicht, und so waren wir nicht traurig, als der Kurzurlaub in diesem Hotel vorüber war. Die Anlage ist OK, das Hauptgebäude noch immer ansehnlich, doch spätestens beim Betreten unseres Zimmers bzw. beim Frühstück geriet der Eindruck ins Wanken.

'Man spricht Deutsch' - vacanze alla tedesca

Das Hotel ist optimal für den Pauschaltouristen, der auf sein deutsches Frühstück auch im Ausland nicht verzichten will. Hier steht die Quantität deutlich vor der Qualität. Discounter-Käse/Schinken/Salami, geschmacklose Hollandtomaten (im Sommer in Italien...) und der gleichen Laden zum hemmungslosen morgendlichen Fressgelage. Das einizige italienische Produkt, der Kaffee schmeck nur verbrannt. Ein bisschen Dolce-Vita und Lokalkolorit täte dem Frühstücksbüffet nicht schlecht, dass Mühe hat an die Qualität und die Schmackhaftigkeit eines Frühstücksangebotes einer deutschen Discount-Bäckerfiliale heranzukommen. Der Service während der Hauptfrühstückszeit war etwas überfordert mit dem Abräumen der bereits leeren Tische aber steht's freundlich, gut gelaunt und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel selbst befindet sich in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand. Das Personal ist stehts sehr zuvorkommend und sprachlich auf den deutschen Pauschaltouristen eingestellt. Bis auf die winzigen TV Geräte - Relikte aus dem letzten Jahrtausend -gab es keine Mängel in dem Zimmern. Die Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand und die Sauberkeit in diesem Kontext nocheinmal hervorzuheben. Mir persönlich hat etwas der italienische Flair gefehlt, der fast gänzlich - bis auf Bausubstanz und Vegetation teutonisiert wurde. Ein solides Hotel für Neckermänner.

Super Hotel!

Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen im Hotel hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wollten gerne Tennis spielen gehen, leider gab es keine Schläger und Bälle zum Ausleihen! Zimmer waren sauber und schön! Allerdings ist es ziemlich ruhig hier. Unser nächster Urlaub wird in Riva del Garda sein!

Quiet, restort-like hotel

With a great pool and a good poolside restaurant, the hotel gave a resort-like feel. Rooms seemed to be scattered in several buildings with views in all directions, but our room at least had a great pool view (but no view of Lake Garda). The noise-to-effect-ratio of the room's air condition was comparable to a jet engine running a rubberband fan or something, which made sleeping a little hotter than desired for two Scandinavians used to more 'wintery' temperatures. There really wasn't much happening immediately near the hotel, but a three minute drive - or in our case a 25 minute walk - took us into the central Toscolano Moderno, with a few restaurants, a ferry and some other stuff. The dinner in the restaurant was good and service there nice, but the breakfast was somewhat disappointing taste-wise, and we skipped it alltogether on the second day. Service was good, parking facilities the same. Could stay again (but would probably try something different if I were to return to Lake Garda - mainly to try something different). If you have a problem with Germans - we certainly don' - stay far, far away.

Tolle Anlage, altbackenes Zimmer

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (4 Jahre) 5 Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr schön (ein altes Gut) und wird gut gewartet. Zum Kieselstrand muss man durch den kompletten Campingplatz laufen, was sich etwas zieht. Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag identisch. Es ist zwar für jeden etwas dabei, aber nach ein paar Tagen wäre schon eine andere Sorte Marmelade oder mal ein anderer Saft toll gewesen. Leider kommt der Kaffee nur aus einem Instant-Pulver Automaten. Das Zimmer entsprach wirklich nicht einem 4-Sterne Standard. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Hygieneartikel, nicht mal eine Seife! Es gab zwar zwei sehr kleine Flachbildfernseher, allerdings so blickwinkelabhängig, dass es unmöglich war, vom Bett aus ein vernünftiges Bild zu sehen. Auch der Empfang war schlecht. Das Bett war sehr unbequem. Der Kleiderschrank roch sehr muffig, so haben wir diesen lieber nicht verwendet. Dafür war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Auch der Pool ist sehr sauber und es gibt immer eine Aufsicht. Der zusätzliche Kinderpool war auch klasse. Die Liegen um die Pools waren leider weniger zu verwenden, da diese fast komplett mit Handtüchern reserviert wurden. So war der Poolbereich zwar stundenlang komplett Menschenleer, man konnte aber kaum einen Platz bekommen. Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und ein größerer Supermarkt ist ganz nah. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist günstig und gut, am Strand gibt es dann noch ein gutes Restaurant eines Campingplatzes (die Miesmuscheln probieren!).
