Great spot on the beach and centrally located in town. Room was small but very clean. Lots of storage space. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pool area had lots of seating and shade. Lovely lush grounds.

My kids and I had a wonderful experience at Tortuguero Beachfront. The property is very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious. Beautiful gardens. Staff extremely courteous. The pool is small and we did not use it; but we enjoyed relaxing in the garden on the lounge chairs.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I was lost driving to the boating dock, and they called me several times to check my location and give directions. They even arranged for a boat late at night to get to the island.

Nice hotel. It is a small community and everything was walkable and the everyone was very nice. The room was comfortable, good bed, pillows, a/c and hot water.

Property set back from the Main Street straight on to the beach. Accommodation well spread out and extensive well kept gardens. Room very simple but functional.

Service was amazing. We had a person in our group with mobility issues. The personalized attention we received could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was just lovely with fresh fruit, typical Gallo Pinto, made to order eggs and much more. Rooms are basic (compared to US expectations), very clean. Altogether a good value

This is a beautiful place that is both on the beach and part of the village or Tortuguero, so you are immersed in the local life as well as the beautiful landscape. The staff are helpful, particularly if you can speak a bit of Spanish. Breakfasts are fantastic.

We stayed at Hotel Tortuguero beachfront for four nights - It was good. The free breakfast was really nice, it is right on the beachfront. and also walking distance from everywhere. The AC in the rooms were much needed and the best. and on our last day the staff even packed us a nice breakfast for our trip back.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Immaculately maintained gardens and cute pool area. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable. No tvs so you can relax but connected to strong WiFi should you need that. Access to beach walks and canal tours. Friendly staff helpful when you have questions. Lots of birds and wildlife come up to the property gardens, Pura vida.
