A very good budget friendly hotel in Torshavn. Breakfast was excellent. Room was very basic but adequate for a quick overnight stay. Within walking distance of restaurants and old town Torshavn.

Basic but brilliant location in Torshavn

Good breakfast each morning, warm room in the Guesthouse. Minor issue with windows was solved quickly. Not very good at helping out with questions, they just Googled as we would have done. Ideal location near harbour.

Nice in the center

The hotel building is cement and new, the Guesthouse building is made of wood no soundproof. You can hear the people walking or talking. Breakfast is great and staff are wonderful

A nice guesthouse with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The room was rather large and functional for our purpose but what takes the rating down slightly is the noise. Our room on the bottom floor had the stairs to the upper floor passing over our room so you heard the footsteps loudly. Also, their bathroom must have been right above as you also heard their shower quite clearly. But as a whole, we're pleased with our stay and can recommend the guesthouse for those that are looking for a good budget option.

I used this as the base for the Torshavn Marathon so being close to the start was the critical requirement for me. The 62N Guesthouse was perfect. Rooms maybe a little basic but it is a Guesthouse, however, the breakfasts were excellent and everything was walkable so a great base to explore the capital city. No real parking at the hotel but plenty near by that allowed us to park the hire car so we could explore the wider islands.

Convenient location in the centre of Torshavn and excellent breakfast in a beautiful Scandi-chic room. The guesthouse, however, is more run-down and musty than it looks on the photos. Also, front desk closes early and you need a working sim card to call them + get your room key, which is less obvious than it sounds given the Faroe Islands are not included in many European roaming plans--they should communicate by email and thru the reservation app rather than assume calling them will be possible. Not great value for money, but this is true of most places in Torshavn.

The guesthouse was a great place to stay for our first few nights in the Faroe Islands, as well as my last night in the islands. It was right in the town center, next to a grocery store. Parking was easy to find, and best of all, the included breakfast was delicious and plentiful. In addition to that, there is a kitchen in the premises as well, so that you can make your own meals and use the fridge, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
