"Sewage smell through out the entire first floor (2nd floor from the lobby). It was absolutely disgusting, but I could not make other arrangements for another room. I can't believe they would make any room available in this current condition. Absolutely the most filthy and disgusting experience I've had with any hotel stay in my 4 weeks of traveling in Europe. The town was deserted, so maybe they're desperate for tourists, but I would choose a different hotel away from the marina/port altogether. Just awful."

"Simple place to stay while walking the GR92. The hotel has a virtual front desk so you are sent a code to get into the building and your room. When I couldn’t locate my code someone from the hotel responded quickly via WhatsApp so we were able to access the hotel quickly and easily. The room is fine, clean and comfortable. There are vending machines in the lobby for snacks, cold drinks, and coffee but they only take coins, so if you want to use them make sure to have change handy. The pool looks nice though we didn’t use it."

"Their address is wrong on any maps app. if you plug in their official address, you get a spot 2km from the location, a different campground that is much closer to town. Feels like a bait and switch. Also - not for the quiet traveller. Even though they have "quiet hours from 0-8, they don't mention the nighly shows by the central pool that run from 21:30 to 00:00 and reverberate through THE ENTIRE CAMPGROUND. Good luck getting an early night. The expectation there is that you will only sleep from 1:00 to 7:30."

"Having visited the Flamingo many times between 1994 & 2000 we where curious as to how the hotel had changed / improved . We loved our 1 night stay & our seriously considering to book a 1 week stay in October as we loved it so much . We were in a 1st floor room which have been very recently modernised . It was a fantastic room super comfortable . The reception staff , management & waiting on staff , cleaners etc were all excellent . The hotel should be commended for its excellent hospitality team . We had a lovely stay . "
