"The hotel itself is clean. But it felt like some areas, such as the gym and mirrors were not cleaned thoroughly. I also feel like not all staff but some of the people working there aren't really offering a great customer service. They should be happy to be doing their job since a lot of tourists visit the country and that specific city is getting rebuilt which will bring even more people and events. "Convenient to airport. Quiet room. Clean and comfortable bed and room. Perfect for last night before returning home. Restaurant had somewhat limited menu but was ok. Front desk person was not particularly friendly nor welcoming. They ask you to complete the registration form and then talk at you about the hotel and services while you are trying to translate and complete the paperwork. Then when you ask them to repeat what they said, she got short with me, like I was a bother. Orher than that...
