"Great customer service, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room with space and comfortable bed including bathroom. Excellent restaurant inside the hotel. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to metro station, supermarket, coffee shop and restaurants. I will definetly come back."

"The hotel was conveniently located for the airport and about 30 minutes from the city centre on line 5 metro The staff were friendly, we could not get the courtesy bus from the airport as we waited and ended up paying 25€ for a taxi, that could have been better information provided. The food and drink in the cafeteria was very good, we tended to eat breakfast there also. The rooms were comfortable with balconys and tea/ coffee making faiclities. "

"Check in is terrible. The check-in link provided by the hotel did not load correctly due to technical issue after long info filling in. Google said the property is closed permanently. I tried to call the hotel in different ways (incl. Expedia agent) but no answer. On arrival, I learnt that the hotel name has totally changed. "
