We asked a couple of times for a replacement but never got despite being told we would. The staff on reception were really helpful when we had an issue with our rental car key. The grounds were lovely and the area was so quiet (about 20 min drive to Noto). The pool area was great and well looked after with also a tennis court and ping pong table to use! The breakfast was nice but could have been improved with fresher, hot breakfast."
