"Had a nice break but the hotel is very ‘tired’ and in need of some refurbishment. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, but pillows weren’t great. The bathrooms need upgrading - the shower was very small and the toilet flush was ‘tricky’, often needing several attempts. Floor tiles look very old and therefore appear rather dirty even though I’m sure they weren’t. Poor attention to detail too: kettle and mugs were provided but no tea bags, coffee or milk. "Huge room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent shower and robes/slippers and products in the bathroom. Adjacent to restaurants and shops and a 5 min walk away from the beach. Roof top pool and a few sunbeds."

"The rooms were lovely. Staff very helpful. The outside areas need some maintenance, looked a little tired. So close to the lagoon. Fabulous one night stay."

"Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask...

"En cuanto al Hotel, no tengo ninguna queja todo fue perfecto, pero en cuanto ustedes aún estoy esperando que me envíen la factura de la estancia hablé con una de sus empleadas y me dijo que no podían hacerme factura porque no tenían domicilio fiscal en España una cosa un tanto extraña.
