Room wasn’t ready, reception offered a credit for a drink / bite, forgot to apply the credit until I called later, electric car was not charged despite being clear about needing it and verifying it was an option. Car valet kept making excuses but wouldn’t apologize

Cambridge Suites Toronto
The hotel is clean and check in staff are excellent. The hotel rooms are starting to show some wear are tear, especially carpets and bathrooms. Beds are still comfortable. Very quiet rooms.
