The location was excellent for what we needed - within walking distance to Rogers Centre, Aquarium and the CN Tower. The view of the airport was also very cool. We felt very safe while staying here and would definitely stay again.

The view was spectacular! The kitchen was wrll equiped. It could be a little more clean or updated and I could have used more storage in the bathrooms.The beds and linens were very comfortable and overall, it's a very convenient place to stay.

Our stay was really great. The place was clean, centrally located and had all the amenities you need for your stay. Please maintain the standard! Only one thing to improve: The blinds on the windows were not the size of the windows, due to which it was not easy to sleep during daylight.

Our family of four, with two boys aged 16 and 13, wanted to spend a night in Toronto, and this condo was the perfect choice! My boys thought it was such a cool place to stay, especially with the amazing view. We loved being so close to everything and being able to walk to all the nearby attractions. It made exploring Toronto so easy and enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect location downtown, walking distance to everything you could need. Very clean, functional space for travellers. Hosts were quick to reply and check that we arrived and had everything we needed. There was an additional security deposit not mentioned at time of booking but seemingly standard practice. The elevator wait time was very long but to be expected with a large amount of Jays game attendees staying in the same building. Definitely a great place to stay for a downtown Toronto trip and we will be back.

No hot showers, check in was a mess. Getting a second key fob was a mess. Concierge messaged me at 3am to book a time to “fix” the hot water in the shower…. Wasn’t fixed. Towels were still damp in the dryer, so had to deal with that and fold the extra sheets and cloths.

The room was clean and had most things that you needed but the kitchen was not as stocked as it could be with a few things to cook basic meals. There was foldgers ground coffee for the drip coffee machine but also a keurig but no pods. Sugar was provided but no creamer or milk packets. Basic necessities like towels were available and extra bedding if needed. Unit could use some TLC in terms of walls and a fresh coat of paint or more attention to detail for cleaning. There was still toothpaste on the walls and other stains in the bathroom walls. Had basic shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Overall it had exactly what I needed to stay as I was only there for two nights for a conference but for two people it might have lacked a few things. Check in was smooth and easy and communicate was quick. The bedding was comfy and clean but all the pillows were too high so a few flatter pillows might be nicer options for guests who have different neck/backs.

The rooms themselves are great but the elevators in that building are terrible. 2/3 don't work so you end up waiting forever in a long line to get up and down in super packed lifts. Like 10+ minutes! It's really really bad.

They do not have a Customer Service person or receptionist there they have security, which they can’t help you. They don’t know anything about anything. I had issues in getting my keys. The whole process took me like an hour and a half, and it was bad with the keys to the first artment and then they had to give me a second apartment, but I finally got in there and it was clean in our bedroom decent

Check in a disaster —took almost an hour as our keys could not be found because of an invalid booking reference Blood on our linen Broken fridge Hardly any water from taps in the bathroom basin Broken and non existent plug for the bath Broken cupboard doors Broken shelving Balcony dirty peeling and covered with bird excrement I could go on and on My perception is as follows—book the room—vacate the room for the next person Keep expenses down—-so don’t bother with maintenance I’m not being nasty but I have stayed in numerous places over the world and have yet to complain or write a bad review This is my first 4 stars in Expedia—-NO $200.00 per night absolutely not I need someone from Expedia now to contact me to discuss my refund

This is not a hotel. This is a condo. The check-in was an absolute disaster. The check-in info wasn't available on Expedia. I had to call and be on the phone for an hour to get the instructions in. When I got in, it immediately became clear that the listing was nothing like what the picture and description showed. Floors scratched, den turned into a "bedroom" in the middle of living room next to the dinning table. That's not a two bedroom. Bathroom plug wasn't working. No milk for coffee. windows were super dirty, you couldn't see outside. Highly don't recommend it. It was way over priced.
