I needed somewhere to sleep at night during a weekend visiting Toronto. Bed was great, sheets were clean and starched, bathroom was always available. Shower curtain had some mildew on it but should be easily replaced.

I did not sleep where I booked because the friendy lady to whom I talked in the phone moved me to another place not far away which was okay with me. The room was small but really nice with two big windows and it was clean. The kitchen lies across the hall and was a bit dirty. The sink and the fridge were extremely dirty. The toilet was across the hall, too and okay. I didn't use the shower next door because it was dirty. My room was very cold but the bed was warm and comfortable. Alltogether I must say that it's a beautiful building but it needs a lot more attention.

I do recommend it for sure it’s great

The place is huge very private spacious clean and nicely decorated great location and the thing that sets it apart from similar style hotels is that it really is very friendly and accommodating the host is very helpful and she has the kitchen and laundry setup on each floor with even basic supplies available like detergent salt pepper oil etc for short trip visitors so that they don’t have to worry about it

Beautiful spacious well maintained house with lots of amenities to make ur stay really comfortable convenient location and very private and you feel like home not a hotel you. The owner is a very nice helpful lady very accommodating and understanding and attends to your questions right away by phone. I really recommend it
