LOUD! Loud outside big time and not soundproofed and for the 3 nights there I slept super little! Even out in halls and etc. When I wrote off Expedia I did not get any replies and they do not have an email option on their website either. 1st room was so dirty and in terrible shape. Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Overall a good experience. Would have been nice to have some kind of breakfast included. Was a very busy hotel, but to be expected during Jays games.
