"They cancelled our booking the day before we should have turned up for no reason. we followed the instructions when booking and called a week before and was told to ring when we were 30 minutes away to book in. then out of the blue while we were on holiday we got an email cancelling our booking which left us on holiday with no were to sleep so be warned when booking you may be left disappointed as nd trying to find other accommodation!!"

"For the price, it's was great. Exactly what I needed for 1 night. No complaints. Very easy check in, they email the door code in advance, and give all the details of getting the key. the key collection box was very cool! The room was clean, bedding and linen provided. Really spacious apparently. Not too far from the train and bus station. "Breakfast was lovely. I know alot of people get huffy about no cooked options but I love a good cold bread and cold cut options. Plus they tasted good. Bed was a little overly plush, could be firmer. But staff was friendly and accomodating. Would stay again."

"When I saw that they only have 3 bicycles available for use by their customers, I was concerned that my husband & I wouldn't be able to use them as needed. Luckily for us, no one else seemed to use them during the days we were there, so we had good access to them. It worked out for us, but if you are counting on using the bicycles (highly recommended in the city!), then you might want to have a backup plan for renting bicycles elsewhere. We enjoyed staying at the hotel, and the location was very good."
