"Pourtant, le temps ne s'y prêtait pas. Un crachin désagréable nous a accueilli mais l'amabilité, l'ambiance et le charme du lieu nous a tout de suite rassurés. Deux anglais, mère et fils, sont les maitres des lieux, une bâtisse totalement isolée dans la campagne. Pas forcément engageant au départ mais ils ont su lui donner tout le charme des auberges "british". "We spent 3 days in the "cowshed" room at Le Bois Gautier. The accommodation was very spacious with a full kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
We received a warm welcome from the new owner Bill who had prepared a log fire for our arrival, this made the accommodation very cosy and was a great touch. Bill had also brought some snacks/breakfast for us.
The place was gorgeous, and very quiet, being in the middle of the countryside. It is located about 30 min drive from the scenic town...
