"Had a great experience traveling w/family. Stayed 3 nights. Hotel is 30 mins away from Boston, 30 mins away from Hampton Beach. Staff was helpful, shout out to the gentleman at the front desk who welcomed us late at night and helped us with an unexpected mishap :o) .Breakfast buffet was great, room was clean and quiet, kids had a great time at the pool. "Cute little lodge . The front desk is open only 9 to 5. Provisions are made for coming and going after hours. Parking is directly behind the building. Free 8pm to 8am . 50 cents an hour otherwise. Easy to pay with app. Location is convenient for theaters and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Hotels in this area are very high priced and this one is no exception, but a little less than the big chains. We therefore chose the least expensive room with a king bed as we were staying only 1 night...

"The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it. The lobby is torn up due to the renovations. The outside of the building was a mess due to the renovations. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car because of the outside work.
