"Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. Our concerns were not addressed, and we were assigned a room that did not correspond to the booked accommodation. The reservation was for a “Signature Hut”. Everyone has a welcoming attitude and always smiling as soon as you step in the main entrance. Oh, its just hard to work on the tv coz its on chonese but the technician put alk the time to fix it. It was a wonderful stay and wish to come back next time in Cebu coz everything is within walking distance to Ayala malls, casino, etc. Not to mention...
