"Our condo was immaculate and very large. Beds very comfortable, on the firm side. We had a top floor facing the golf course so it was very quiet and had lots of natural light. If you were on the street side, it would be noisier. Also close to the local airport so there was plane noise in the morning. The grounds aren’t lush, but well maintained. This is not a fancy resort property but right off the freeway so convenient to everything. It’s is an office park area, not a residential...

"It is a nice property. We had an odd shaped room. The layout was tight and awkward, but I'm an sure not all rooms are like the one we stayed in. I liked that there is a mini kitchen. You need to get to the pool early to get a lounge chair in the sun, if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of activities. Check-in and check-out were very easy. If you drive, parking is a very expensive per day rate, in my opinion."

"The keys to the building entrance and to the rooms don’t work properly. I had to replace my key five or six times in five days. All the guests had that problem and kept prepping the entrance doors with rocks. Ridiculous. The hotel has unreliable lock system. "

"The pool area was filthy!! Dead grasshoppers laying on the concrete for 3 days. Tables not cleaned, broken table roped off with caution tape. Caution tape?? Just not a good sight. Had to ask for towels in the pool area 3 times. Bathroom faucet is to short. Water goes all over the counter while just washing your hands. Have stayed there 4 times. This was as dirty as its ever been. Was hoping the water faucet issues were addressed. Probably won't go back."

"Bed/mattress was the worst we've had in years of various hotel stays. Breakfast was sub par and eggs were empty, sausage patties were discolored and tasteless, hot potatoes were tough to even chew. Usually no staff to be seen and vacant at front desk. Would NEVER go back to this place. "

"Rooms were great and grounds were gorgeous! We loved the turndown service and the cleaners did an amazing job daily, the only negative with the room was the intensity of the doors closing…we could constantly hear doors slamming. The staff was so helpful. The pools were great and the restraints were wonderful too. We had an amazing server for breakfast each day at Ironwood and had a wonderful time at Bourbon Steak with Devin as our server. The only disappointing part was the spa and fitness...

"All very good - the gentleman at the front desk (day shift) is a star - super helpful and just the right amount of friendly combined with professional. Breakfast exceptional. Didn’t use pool - but saw many others using it. Overall for us felt a bit overpriced - but appreciated it nonetheless"

"The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. "Very large clean rooms"

"Very clean rooms with a nice view of the country club and palm trees. Area is nice with a lot restaurant to dine in or grab a cocktail. The hotel also has a bar passing the lobby and pool. Receptionist was very helpful and polite."

"The hotel was clean however it looked like it was falling apart. The elevator was sketchy a the “security” doors did not work so anyone could enter. The hot tub was not hot and did not work. My kids enjoyed the pool, that is probably the best amenity. The breakfast was cheap but the room was ok. The air worked great although it was loud. It was the economical choice for us and you get what you pay for. "
