"I thought my mattress was a little to firm, I contacted the front desk a.d Abby was VERY accommodating, she got me immediately switched to a new room. "I had a small conference to go to at the last minute by my company which will be breaking ground there in Payson so I had to look for a small off to work in. There was baseball game going on so most of the hotels were full. Found Knights Inn and it was perfect!! Easy access to and from the hotel /clean/quiet and just right for a quick stay. Also I left my debit card there by accident and they called me right away!! Thank you for being honest!!!! Thanks Knights Inn!.. I’ll be using you again!❤️❤️❤️❤️"
