"Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service."

"I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do."

Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. "Charles was the only good thing we experienced for the hour we were on the property. Originally we were going to stay for 3 nights, however the bed was blood stained, the tub hadn't been cleaned with pubes/hair and was leaking dripping rust. The room hadn't been properly cleaned with trash/food left behind on the floor, drawers and inside the burners and smelled overwhelming of mold and mildew. The walls were so thin that when we knocked on the wall to test the person on the other side knocked...

"This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors.
