"Staff over telephone was helpful and friendly to deal with Room was smokey smelling and definitely older style. There were two used wine glasses not cleaned on bench and the plastic glasses in fridge were older looking and not fresh to use looking. The room had a television that did not work, we were told about this but after we had paid the accommodation at full price. Bed was comfortable and able to sleep in."

"Paid resort style prices for a 2 bedroom Villa off season, in a remote location for a cabin with rooms you could not move around in. We had to shuffle around the beds like a small caravan. No room to turn in the bathroom. Marks all over the walls and mould on the blind. "Arrived at 4pm and there were no staff, key was in an unlocked box and facility was unstaffed, which would nto be an issue but there was no cold water in the room (only hot) could not have a show unless I wanted to scald myself, also no kettle no milk and just enough toilet paper for 2 or 3 uses with no spare rolls in the room...... When we returned to the property and 9pm we literally walked past the entry and had to look at Google maps to find the entrance because the entry lights were off...
