"I gave it a 3 because the maintenance person tried to be helpful even though there was a limit on resources. Most of the rooms had sustained water damage so I was the only guest in street side of the building so the best part was how quiet it was day and night. Had the place to myself, even the office. The cell coverage and WiFi did not reach into the room. "

"Everything is always great. Only problem is the ventilation in the swimming pool area. I can barely breathe in there, especially when the hot tub is running. It was that way last August when we were there, and it was worse this past weekend. The chlorine really got to my eyes this time as well. Please, someone on staff step down there and spend some time. It wasn't this way a few years ago.
